WE, The PEOPLE, below-signed, hereby & herewith, stand together in opposition
to the BILL "S 40 IS" "[T]o provide (F E D E R A L) sanctions for practioners
who administer, dispense, or recommend the use of marihuana [SIC], and for
other purposes**."
*Submitted for inclusion in the permanent 'Legislative History Record'.
**"Other purposes" as used in this language of Federal Congressional Intent is publicly known and defined as "The willful unlawful conduct by 'Members of Congress' to knowingly & intentionally violate the 1st & 10th Amendments to the United States Constitution & commit treasonous acts against the people in misfeasance to their sworn 'Oath of Office' to defend [said] Constitution as the primary Supreme Document carrying its designed purpose to protect the people against Federal government's excesses & encroachments on the individual freedom of choice as stated in the 'Bill of Rights'", and to act in a Totalitarian manner to unlawfully & unconstitutionally overrule the WILL OF THE PEOPLE in the States of Arizona & California, where the Federal Congress has no exclusive authority or lawful jurisdiction over the 'subject matter, the [State's voter/public approved & lawfully authorized] m e d i c i n a l m a r i j u a n a'". The Congressional ruse inacting 21 USC 801 et seq. via the 'commerce clause' is a law in guise of a federal regulation based upon sophist & non-viable 'findings' is, as it applies to Cannabis, a wholly benign & beneficial organic plant substance, is invalid, absurd & scientifically without foundation, should be repealed, as the continued FED'S WAR AGAINST MEDICIAL MARIJUANA is but an ongoing and obvious demonstration of S I C K FEDERAL POLITICS, the victim of which is WE, The PEOPLE.
