Needle Exchange Issues:

This site is intended to appeal not just to the liberal community, but also to conservatives, by documenting the cost of the government's refusal to fund needle exchange programs. We encourage visitors to contact their representatives in Congress and we automate the process by which they may do so. As explained in our Mission Statement, this is the prime goal of the site - to change the position of Congress.
